Combines the chronological and functional types; indicates a clear progression of work history, summary of responsibilities, accomplishments, and achievements. The performance type is noted for:

  • Its unique appearance; de-emphasizes problem areas in work history.
  • Highlights accomplishments and emphasizes job performance.
  • Doesn't appear to sell strengths over gaps and weaknesses.
  • Presents an opening statement, accomplishments, and then chronological history.
  • Employers are accepting of this resume type.
