So true, Robert. Even go so far as to say, " Every phone call is an interview " ... as I found out this past Monday evening when a simple " chat " turned into a 45-minute interview with a very positive outcome. Calls from a recruiter, to a recruiter, those never-ending " follow-up calls, " etc. Always be on top of your game - always be prepared !
