Land a Job

These are the skills that are the “intangibles” that you use every day to accomplish tasks. Communication skills, leadership skills, and teamwork are some common skills that employers screen for when interviewing job applicants. This is an awesome tip sheet. It reaffirms several things I know but also polishes them up and gives some new ideas as well. I am very interested in the TOP 10 skills hiring managers look for, to read next! PLUS it helps me with my own business, I represent Mary Kay Cosmetics as an Independent Star Consultant and am in-training to be the next Director in Chicago.
Thanks,
Monica

Thanks for this very interesting artcile, I could not agree more, it represents the "quality vs quantity" of an individual, and I would even add "Quality Training" that I found to be lacking many times wtihin a company.
Managers must invest adequate time in properly training the right individual, as the outcome of their work will porduce long-term results.
