Thank you for these tips and the guidance. They hit home with my situation and I need to have a practiced, brief, honest answer for future interviewers. The truth is that I can contribute to another company's success, I have learned from this and many other of my working life's lessons, and I need to confidently convey that in every interview opportunity I tackle.

I enjoyed reading this article. I have had more than one client lose their confidence over being terminated. This will definitely help them overcome this obstacle and make them shine during the interview.
This is some sound advice that I would love to share with my followers! In case it doesn't work out, another opportunity for an interview will most certainly present itself with a good resume and cover letter (and if you need help in that department, we can help make it happen!). Keep up the terrific work! Karen, The Resume Chick (on Google) Write comment
