During a time of economic uncertainty many people are looking for opportunities outside the “normal” working environment as we have known it. Actually, this is a pretty good idea. Did you know that 45-50% of the jobs that have been lost in this country since the beginning of the recession are not going to come back? What we are witnessing and experiencing is a “shift” in how we work, how we earn money and how we support our families.
